When I met Will at Chappies Auto Service I thought I would give him a chance. I am very fortunate that I did. First, I can trust Will, evidence is when you pick your car up and the old parts are in the trunk of your car. To some this may seem odd but it tells me I actually got the factory oem parts I requested. Second, he is very fair in charging time to me and the quality checks my box. He treats others as he would wanted to be treated and treats my vehicles as if they were his. Chappies has serviced my own company service vans and my personal vehicles that my wife and kids ride in.

Chappies is the best! Recently moved to the area and they were recommended to me by the MAC Tools guy who services them. They always treat me very politely and respectfully. They did a lot of safety work on my vehicle lately and I couldn't be more happy! They even resolved issues that previous garages had told be could not be fixed! And my favorite part of all: they stand behind their warranties! They always get my oil changes in quick and fast without any problem. Will and Chuck are true gentlemen!
